All StudyPIP purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Access passes give you immediate access to digital content and services as soon as payment is confirmed.
- We do not offer refunds or credits for unused days, partial use, or if you decide not to use the Service.
- Passes never renew, so you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another pass.
- Before buying, you can try the Service with the free trial and read our free lessons, so you can decide whether it's right for you.
This policy applies except where a refund is required by applicable law. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record, and any refund that is issued (including one required by law) or a chargeback through your bank cancels the related pass immediately.
If you were charged in error (for example, charged twice for the same purchase), contact us at support@studypip.com and we'll look into it. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
